Shipping
All shipments are FOB point of origin. We ship UPS Ground unless instructed otherwise. Overnight service is available at additional cost. Shipping charges are added to each order.
Returns
DCA will accept products for exchange or credit using the following procedure:
- Returns are accepted up to 30 days from invoice date.
- Contact your DCA representative for a return authorization number.
- Products must be in their original packaging and resalable.
- Return the merchandise prepaid and insured along with the reason for the return.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments should be opened, counted and examined immediately upon delivery to assure that everything is in order.
If damage is evident at time of delivery, require that the delivery person acknowledge, in writing, the extent of the damage or loss, both on your copy and his copy of the freight bill and his copy of the delivery receipt. You have the right to refuse a questionable delivery.
Damaged freight claims must be made by the receiving customer. If there are questions regarding damaged shipments, telephone DCA immediately.
Shortages
All claims for shortages must be made immediately upon receipt. No claims for shortages will be accepted after 10 days from date of receipt.
Liability
The purchaser assumes all risk and liability from the use of these products. DCA disclaims any liability for incidents and consequential damages such as lost profits or revenues or interruptions to operations of customers. If a defect is claimed, DCA's sole responsibility is limited to either the replacement of the material, repair, or at its option a credit for the purchase price.
This is the limit of the warranty and no other warranty is expressed or implied.

DCA offers continued product improvements and reserves the right to change, upgrade, improve or discontinue products at any time without notice or obligation. Prices are subject to change without notice.
